Merriman's Waimea is the perfect upcountry venue for your special occasion with seating up to 110 guests. enjoy Peter Merriman’s signature Hawaii regional cuisine in our lovely outdoor garden area and/or indoor dining room. Our on-site coordinators provide assistance in booking of vendors, food and beverage, staffing, and setup. They are on-site the day of your event to ensure your timeline is followed and the event runs smoothly. The service staff will be exclusive for your guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience of the highest standards.
