We do not offer happy hour.
Do you accept reservations?
Yes! We recommend reservations for both lunch and dinner. Reservations can be found online or by following this link.
Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes! However capacity for walk-ins is extremely limited so we always recommend reservations.
Can I book a large party?
The largest table we can accommodate in our dining room is for 10 guests. For larger groups, please email our events team at office@merrimanshawaii.com.
DINING EXPERIENCE & SEATING
Do you have outdoor seating?
We are in the high country of Waimea and due to variable weather conditions, we only offer accommodations inside our comfortable dining room.
Can I request a table with a view?
We do our best to accommodate all table requests, but we cannot guarantee specific requests in every instance.
What is your dress code?
We recommend resort casual attire. For gentlemen, we suggest collared shirts, such as polo shirts or button-downs, paired with slacks or shorts. Women often choose casual dresses, skirts, or tailored pants with a stylish top. We want everyone to feel relaxed, but also put-together and ready for a great time.
MENU & DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Yes! We have a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes. Many menu items can also be modified for dietary restrictions & allergies. Please inform your server of any allergies!
Do you have a kids' menu?
Yes! Our Keiki Menu offers a selection of kid-friendly meals. You can view it here on our webpage under menus. Click our location at the top and select "Location & Menus" to view all our menu options
SPECIAL OCCASIONS & EVENTS
Can I host a private event or wedding at your restaurant?
Absolutely! Due to the size of our dining room, we only offer the option of a complete restaurant buyout. Email us at office@merrimanshawaii.com for details.
Can I pay for someone’s dinner, buy a bottle of wine, or arrange a special gift?
Yes! Please contact our host team at 808-885-6822. We recommend at least 24 hours' notice and calling before 4:00 PM for the best assistance.

At this time, we do not offer takeout or delivery.
Is parking available?
Yes! It is FREE.
Are pets allowed?
We welcome service animals, but pets are not permitted in the dining areas.
Do you use products out of your culinary garden?
Yes we do! Feel free to walk around and check out some of our garden's fresh Swiss chard, kale and figs as well as Hawaiian crops like kalo and sweet potato
