(From the Four Seasons Resort at Hualalai, Waikoloa Beach Marriott, Hilton Waikoloa Village, Mauna Lani Bay Hotel & Bungalows, The Fairmont Orchid, Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel) Take Hwy. 19, north to stop sign. Turn Right, Travel 9.6 miles. Located on the left in the Opelo Plaza.
Take-Out:
Our menu, including desserts, is available "To Go!" Simply place your order in advance by phoning Merriman's at (808)885-6822.
Pricing:
Lunch: $8.95 to $17.95.
Dinner: entrees range from $22.95 to $44.95.
Dress Code:
Dinner.
Casual or resort attire recommended. Please remember we are at the 2,400 foot elevation and it does get cooler on many evenings. We recommend bringing a sweater or a light jacket.
Lunch:
Is mostly local Waimea town folk. So we see everything from well dressed bankers, to ranchers in paniolo attire.
Special Dietary Needs:
We do our best to accommodate the special dietary requirements of our guests. When making your reservation, please inform us of your special request.
New Menu Items:
Every day, Merriman's purchases fresh produce from local farmers and our menu changes often in order to accommodate the in-season abundance of Hawaii's produce. Our daily specials are the inspiration of our critically acclaimed chef Neil Murphy, and our daily menu may feature seasonal favorites, such as Hawaii's succulent white pineapple, local Waimea strawberries or delicate, sesame roasted fern shoots.
Custom Catering:
We take pride in offering a diverse catering menu, personalized assistance and outstanding catering services for your social and business gatherings. We cater celebrations of all sizes, from intimate in-home gathering to large business functions. For more information on custom catering, please contact Leny Andrade at leny@merrimanshawaii.com.
Donation Request:
Merriman's proudly support the efforts of local non-profit organizations and community groups. Specifically, we direct our donations to non-profits with Waimea community, educational, agricultural, native Hawaiian or sustainable economic missions.
Please fax a request letter on your organization's letterhead to (808) 885-8756 or email office@merrimanshawaii.com. We require at least four weeks notice for approval and processing. Good luck with your efforts!
Birthday Club:
Join our Birthday Club and receive a free dinner entree on your birthday month. Fill out a form while dining at the restaurant, at least one month prior to your birthday to join! Please note: Only guests who have joined our birthday club are eligible.
