Chef-Owner Peter Merriman has brought his unique style of Hawaiian Regional Cuisine to this beautiful ocean-side setting within the Resort. A pioneer in the "Farm to Table" concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using only sustainable methods. His international menu items are prepared in a manner that highlights the natural flavors of these fresh, local foods. Parking Details:
Complimentary Valet Parking. The Kapalua Resort offers free shuttle service throughout the resort for guests.
Catering:
Our chef will create a menu specifically for you and your event. We are capable of doing small intimate groups of 25 or up to a large group of 250. We will use the same philosophy in preparing your group's food as we do in our restaurant. Fresh, Local, Sustainable, and Delicious!
Private Events:
The grounds are beautiful for weddings and/or other group functions.
We can accommodate parties up to 50 people in our Private Dining Room/Lanai and smaller events on our Kapalua Bay Lanai. For Parties of 61 to 150 we are available for private buy outs or deck events. Dinner buy outs start at $20,000. Our Deck location on the cliffs of Kapalua Bay are perfect for cocktail receptions. Menu Selections
Merriman's purchases produce from the local island farmers daily. These seasonal and fresh products are used both in our menu and in the chef's nightly specials. If your timing is right, you might find Opakapaka (local Hawaiian pink snapper) served with a Sauce of Tropical Apricot.
This harmony between the farmer, the season and the chef create the dining experience at Merriman's that brings people back to the island year after year.
