Merriman's Kapalua, Maui Information
Chef/Owner Peter Merriman has transplanted his version of Hawaiian Regional Cuisine to this beautiful ocean-side location in the Kapalua resort. He uses only the freshest products of which 90% or more are locally produced or caught, using only sustainable methods. Peter has always been a front runner in the "Farm to Table" concept. All food is prepared in a way that highlights the natural flavors of the food. We have a very friendly staff to ensure that you have an incredible dining experience. Their food knowledge is among the best in the industry. All this is in the most beautiful location with in the resort, right on the water where the most incredible sun sets are watched nightly at our "Champagne Point".

Parking Details:
We have a parking lot which is self park for lunch and Valet Parking only at dinner. The Kapalua Resort offers free shuttle service through out the resort for guests.
Catering:
Our chef will create a menu specifically for you and your event. We are capable of doing small intimate groups of 25 or up to a large group of 250. We will use the same philosophy in preparing your group's food as we do in our restaurant. Fresh, Local, Sustainable, and Delicious!
Private Party Facilities:
We can accommodate parties up to 50 people while remaining open. For Parties of 60 to 150 we are available for private buy outs. Lunches start at $10,000 and dinners start at $20,000. Menu Selections
Merriman's purchases produce from the local island farmers daily. These seasonal and fresh products are used both in our menu and in the chef's nightly specials. If your timing is right, you might find Opakapaka (local Hawaiian pink snapper) served with a Sauce of Tropical Apricot.
This harmony between the farmer, the season and the chef create the dining experience at Merriman's that brings people back to the island year after year.
