  • 2015 GRIFALCO AGLIANICO DEL VULTURE GRICOS, ITALY     Aromas of ripe black skinned fruit, violets, leather and scorched earth. This savory medium bodied wine has a palate full of prunes, dried cherries, and star anise. Pair this with rich meats such as Prime Rib, Osso Bucco, and Venison.
  • 2016 DOMAINE PIERRE GELIN PINOT NOIR, FIXIN, CÔTE DE NUITS, BURGUNDY, FRANCE     Domaine Pierre Gelin is the leading winemaker in the village of Fixin which abuts the vineyards of Gevrey-Chambertin. Wines from Fixin are typified by their robust, tannic, and sometimes savage character with high acidity, medium body, and flavors of red tart cherries. This is a very food friendly wine and is a classic partner to roasted chicken and duck breast, as well as dishes that feature mushrooms and black truffles.
  • 2016 MOMMESSIN SAINT-AMOUR LES GRANDES MISES, BEAUJOLAIS, BURGUNDY, FRANCE     Medium bodied, dense texture contrasted with crisp acidity, full of fruity flavors of raspberry, strawberry, and blueberries. The bouquet opens with violets and potpourri, and secondary aromas of earthy mineral and forest floor. Pair this selection with pasta and lighter meats such as pork and poultry.

  • 2017 WEINGUT HIRSCH HIRSCHVERGNÜGEN GRUNER VELTLINER, KAMPTAL, AUSTRIA     Fresh citrus aromas with delicate fruity characters full of crisp yellow apple and pear. The palate has a yeasty, savory texture with peppery highlights and a long dry finish and light to medium body. Pairs well with mouth-watering acidic sauces as well as fried foods such as wiener schnitzel, fried chicken, or fish and chips.
  • 2018 TRIENNES SAINTE FLEUR VIOGNIER, PROVENCE, FRANCE     Great wine for summer, day drinking with it’s intense perfume of apricot, honey-suckle, white flowers and lavender honey. Exhibits great balance between aromatic richness, crisp acidity and minerality. The light bodied flavors of over ripened tropical papayas and mangos are also present with a touch of sea salt that pairs very well with a wide variety of shellfish and vegetable dishes.
  • 2014 GUNDERLOCH SPÄTLESE RIESLING, RHEINHESSEN, GERMANY     This wine is full of nectarine, melon and tropical fruit flavors with a slight nose and hints of white flowers and honey. With a light body and high acidity, this wine is made for spicy Asian dishes made with lighter meats such as poultry and pork, but also perfect for shellfish dishes with a little spice to them.

  • 2009 HERMANOS PECIÑA GRAN RESERVA TEMPRANILLO, RIOJA, SPAIN     Aged for four years in American Oak barrels, full of juicy red berries and a bouquet of pipe tobacco with a smoky mineral element. Shows superb power with a spice laced finish with slow building tannins. Pair this wine with cured and smoked meats, aged cheese and white truffle.
  • 2016 PEAY VINEYARDS, SONOMA COAST, CALIFORNIA     This wine over delivers for its price point on the signature savory, earthy, floral fruit profile that makes West Sonoma Coast Peay Pinot Noirs unique. The bright nose is a knock-out featuring spice-laden tobacco, raspberry and red cherry. With a balance of fruit, floral, and earth, this food friendly, light bodied red wine is perfect for salmon, pork, and rich scallop dishes.
  • 2017 TWO HANDS SEXY BEAST CABERNET SAUVIGNON, MCLAREN VALE, S. AUSTRALIA     Aromas of currants, juniper and fresh earth with bright flavors full of red and blue fruit. Notes of coffee grounds and coffee add complexity to the finish. This medium to full bodied wine pairs well with pepper steak, smoky ribs and meaty pizza.

  • 2015 HUET LE MONT MOELLEUX CHENIN BLANC, VOUVRAY, TOURAINE, FRANCE     This 100% Chenin Blanc, off-dry, medium bodied wine shows a very intense, elegant, and also subtle bouquet of ripe mango, yellow apple and lush peach preserve intermixed with flinty aromas. This tension filled Chenin with grip and persistence, balanced with good acidity as well as salinity is paired well with shellfish, lean grilled fish, and fruity desserts such as coconut lime sorbet.
  • 2005 SELBACH-OSTER ZELTINGER SONNENUHR SPÄTLESE RIESLING, MOSEL, GERMANY     Plush and soft showing flavors of macerated pear and yellow apple with scents of vanilla, nougat, and honey in this light bodied wine. The finish reverberates with walls of slate with great longevity in this wine for decades. Pair this lovely wine with spicy Thai food, delicate or raw fish, and crisp nutty salads.
  • 2016 HONIG SAUVIGNON BLANC, NAPA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA     Blending Sauvignon Blanc with 7% Semillon and 1% Muscat has created a perfect balance between citrus and stone fruit. This wine is crisp, bright and fresh, reminiscent of white grapefruit, lilikoi, and peaches. Full of mouthwatering acidity, this lighter bodied wine is perfect for salads, pasta, grilled fish and shellfish.

  • 2017 TURNBULL CABERNET SAUVIGNON, NAPA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA     This medium to full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with 8% Merlot, 1 % Cabernet Franc, 0.5% Petit Verdot, and 0.5% Malbec. With juicy, round and silky flavors of fresh black currants, anise, cut grass, this wine pairs well with robust beef, lamb and game, as well as mature hard cheese.
  • 2014 CHÂTEAU PRADEAUX BANDOL, PROVENCE, FRANCE     This blend of 95% Mourvedre and 5% Grenache, is cellar aged for 4 years before availability to the public. With its haunting complexities and serious aging potential, this wine is perfect for collectors. The full bodied, deeply mineralized palate is flavored with black plum, cassis, anise, cherry, and earthy leather and smoke. Made for food pairings of robust beef or lamb and mature hard cheese.
  • 2015 MICHEL MAGNIEN ‘SEUVREES’, GEVREY-CHAMBERTIN, BURGUNDY, FRANCE     Fifty-year-old vines bring richness and depth to this medium-bodied, low tannic, mouth wateringly high acidic, very food friendly wine. It delivers bright Bing cherries surrounded by earth, tobacco, and minerality. The wine's rusticity is perfect for roasted game birds, duck breast, and dishes rich in umami flavors like mushrooms and black truffles.

  • 2014 PRAGER ‘RIED ACHLEITEN’ SMARAGD GRUNER VELTLINER, WACHAU, AUSTRIA     This single vineyard Gruner Veltliner is of the highest quality and complexity in Austria. This selection shows overt tones of dried apricots, lychee, and mango entwined with peppery notes. The medium body has a firm acidic backbone with a luscious creamy finish that pairs well with herbed chicken and pork dishes as well as aged asiago cheese.
  • GOSSET BRUT EXCELLENCE NV CHAMPAGNE, FRANCE     A great celebratory wine with a nose that reveals yellow apricots, peaches, and dried fruits. Gosset’s powerful and full-bodied richness is well balanced with vivid acidity and a tense, crisp, lightly chalked texture with a lasting finish. Pair this with simple crisp pan-fried vegetables or rich fish and shellfish.
  • 2012 GUY ROBIN & FILS, GRAND CRU ‘VALMUR’, CHABLIS, BURGUNDY, FRANCE     This particularly elegant and soft medium-bodied, highly acidic expression of the chardonnay grape brings fresh, juicy, citrus and ripe apple that is well balanced by minerality that directly speaks of the grand cru terroir with no oak aging. While very refined and vibrant, this wine is a perfect pairing for rich fatty fish such as salmon and tuna as well as mild and soft cheese.
