Reservations
Dinner reservations are recommended and we suggest that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. To make reservations with us, please call (808) 885-6822, or make a reservation through Open Table (below).
We do our best to accommodate the special dietary requirements of our guests. When making your reservation, please inform us of your special request.

Dinner: Daily, 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Menu Selections
All of the Merriman's locations purchase produce from the local island farmers daily. These seasonal and fresh products are used both in our menu, and in the Chef's Nightly Specials. If your timing is right, you might find Opakapaka (local Hawaiian pink snapper) served with a Sauce of Tropical Apricot.
At Merriman's we believe that the harmony between the farmer, the season, and the chef, creates a dining experience that brings people back to the island year after year.
